Training Tomorrow's Leaders exists to facilitate the planting of new churches in western Africa by financially supporting indigenous church planters, training indigenous church planters and facilitating projects that will enable new churches to be planted.

The vision for Training Tomorrow's Leaders is to reach the unreached for Christ in word and deed in Northern Ghana, Togo, Burkina Faso and beyond.
The Northern Regions of Ghana and Togo, besides having a lot of unreached tribes, also have the poorest population per capita in both countries. The populations in these parts fall in the Savannah vegetation type and have low rainfall. As a result, most of the people struggle to provide the basic social needs of food, clothing and shelter for their families. T.T.L. helps to show the love of Christ to this population by helping with paying school fees for the needy, providing help with medical costs, and helping with grants for groups in our catchment areas to start small businesses that are geared towards alleviating poverty. In some of our areas, we have helped with agricultural projects, started schools, provided clothing to the needy and drilled wells to provide safe drinking water for the natives. All of these projects are done with the help of our supporters and partners. To ensure good use of these projects and their continuity, we endeavor to involve the communities we serve. When the love of Christ is shown in tangible ways in these communities, we find that people become more receptive to the Gospel.

Our name, Training Tomorrow’s Leaders, shows our vision to help bring up the children in the Lord. We believe that the gospel must be preached now and we endeavor to do that. T.T.L. places a high emphasis on teaching and ministering to children in northern Ghana, Togo, and Burkina Faso. We train Children’s Ministry leaders for our churches, organize VBS programs in the different areas and help provide the materials needed to start children’s ministries in churches (crayons, coloring pages, games, Bibles, etc.). We find that even when the adults in these communities show no interest in the gospel, they allow their children to learn about Christ. This has led to many of these children becoming Christians and helping to be a light in their communities. Children’s Ministry for T.T.L. is an effective tool for the spreading of the Gospel.
